In short, either Joe resigns after winning, meaning dems are willing to lie to the nation about who will really be president, or, dems are just fine with Joe being used like a puppet.
Since it's pretty clear he's not capable of rational thought.
That's pretty disturbing, but not surprising from the party that essentially sold their primary to Hillary last time.
