I was not aware that he had previously denied amicus briefs in the Flynn case, but now that it may be negative towards Flynn it's OK . Let's not forget he has already called Flynn a traitor, and accused him of treason, even when the prosecution had to tell him they weren't even charging him with said crime. He also accused Sidney Powell of plagiarism, and she had to politely point out she was referencing one of her own cases. I've been saying he should have recused himself for a couple of years now. Instead, it looks like he's allowing the "Watergate Prosecutors" to use the court as their new media outlet.
