And you know what? It doesn't matter. McConnell said Obama didn't leave a pandemic playbook, even though it's common knowledge he did. But the truth doesn't matter. The right only cares about what they want to be right, and in their eyes, Obama is black which means he was imcompentent. So just make stuff up, and that's what it is. He's up for re-election, and he needs to inject some hatred towards a black man.
