You transfer a covid patient in. they will either infect the nurses, orderly, or other patients . Any, or all have contact with other patients.

You only need 1 patient to infect, kill others. Not thousands of them. (although thousands were indeed transferred).

How do you know the patients transferred had "beaten" the virus, since you didn't even know anything about cuomo's order till beaten over the head with it today?
