His responsibility is to protect the American people.

This entire affair with Trump can be summed up with the very first clip I saw about this. It regarded the coming Covid virus and Trump turned to the side and said almost in sotto voce, "Market's OK". This clearly demonstrated to me his SOLE interest was market numbers w/ the coming election. Further he said ' one guy from china ', there's 15 cases, soon will be zero. His admin says we have this fully contained. 75,000 Americans are dead.

He claimed within likely the same week that he considers himself a "war-time president". Like a monkey ringing a bell, look a me, war-time president. And then he stated he "takes no responsibility".

That is the very definition of abdicating responsibility.
