this is the challenge when one allows emotions and feeling to outweigh the absolute sanctity of rights. You seem to imply that since there has been injustice in the past, it means current injustice is warranted. It seems to imply that rights are important until your eyes tell you those rights are not truly needed in this case.

In all of that, you demonstrate rights are subjective in your opinion (quite the contradiction). I would therefore challenge you to spell out specifically when we should allow those rights to stand and when circumstances rule them unnecessary.
