requiring all returning US citizens to spend two weeks in quarantine. He could have not talked at all about the severity, which in hindsight makes him look incredibly dumb and delusional.

He could have taken this entire thing seriously, as his intel advisors told him to do in JANUARY.

He could not have caused a ****ing quagmire acquiring PPE by not creating a bidding war between states.
