my ex-gf 37 years old w/ some heart issues died unexpectedly

at home last week. she was feeling bad and went to doctor they gave her covid19 test and she was negative. sent her home.
still feeling bad and went back and they tested her again, still negative. Did tests and whatever test they did showed some fluid around her heart.
sent her home with meds.
still feeling bad and went back a 3rd time. was tested AGAIN and still negative sent home again.
died in her bed that night.
The family feels like she did not get the medical treatment or attention she deserved b/c she was not a covid19 patient.
