And I don’t imagine there was a single Mizzou fan in the entire world who had even the slightest problem with it, given we automatically landed the #1 player in the country, and his brother who was top 25, which opened the doors to a top 3 recruiting class in the country. Of course in hindsight, it wasn’t a great decision, but nobody could have possibly imagined all of the injuries and terrible luck that happened next. Well, maybe Mizzou fans could have imagined it, but not people who are fans of programs that are not perpetually hexed and doomed....
