Being on someone's property is far different than being in their home. And no, harassing her on her home would imply they were on the roof. you're mistaking property and home quite a bit it seems. Maybe it wasn't intentional after all and you're really just that dumb.
"out playing" isn't against the social distancing orders. "playing at someone else's home" is though.
