That is all he can do at this point. He isn’t going to come in and immediately recruit 5 star players. Recruits are going to want to see his coaching style and what type of O he runs. But the energy level is very important. If he mixes in the coaching with it I think we will be happy with the results and higher recruits will become more interested.
