unless and until adjudicated and judged to be guilt by voluntary confession, by the decision of the fact finder, judge or jury during a trial.

So the accuser's allegations should not be the sole basis of convicting the accused, all the more so before a trial where the accused should afforded the opportunity to examine the evidence brought against her.

Judgment about her truthfulness or dishonesty should be reserved until all of the evidence has been scrutinized. Saying she must be believed upon accusation is utter foolishness. So is dismissing the allegations out of hand.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
