The Federal guidance is

Test more
when positive results fall for so many days, you can then start opening things up.

That is just stupidity.

Then what is more funny is idiots on Facebook talking about how on the day after opening things up...cases rise...ummm...you can't really catch it, have symptoms and get positive that fast..
