businesses with strict measures will overwhelm hospitals?

Grocery stores, Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Wal Mart have been open and often times crowded and we never came close to overwhelming the healthcare system in the majority of the country. Restaurants at 50% capacity and a few other businesses has less risk of things spreading than the stuff that has already been open.

It's not like they are opening up concerts, parades, festivals, sporting events.
