exculpatory/exonerating evidence. He released FBI files to Judge Sullivan's court and the Judge immediately placed the evidence under seal. Reportedly, an active FBI Agent alerted Flynn's attorney of the documents. For three plus years the FBI and Mueller's prosecutors had told the Judge that they had fully complied with the 'Brady' discovery material submissions. They lied repeatedly when Flynn's attorney demanded compliance with Brady. The only way such behavior can be described is, 'obstruction of justice'.
