Offer to run to errands for people already in poor health so they aren’t exposed. Maybe help out around their house if they struggle to do those things.
I did something similar for a young neighbor lady in the mid 2000s. Her husband was sent to Iraq or something for like a year leaving her and the baby at home. After he left I would go over to mow and weedeat and clean guttering, check the basement after it rained, drain the hot water heater, etc. She didn’t have to ask me to do this either. In fact she never asked me to help at all. But she was a young attractive woman who didn’t need to be out doing these things and I had the time to go over and make sure she was good.
Same thing here. Find someone in your community who needs your help and step up.
