wherein he says "Cruz is hereby released on his own recognizance because he fears catching COVID". Dude had a standard bond reduction hearing and it was granted with some conditions per your article.
So...he wasn't just let out...he still had to post bail.
So...he had more conditions added to his release as part of the reduction.
Having said all of that...$60,000 seemed awfully low for bail in the first place for murder.
