Are what is necessary.
I'm not convinced in this day and age many ads have the intestinal fortitude to stand by their struggle coach for 3-4 years which is the ONLY way middling schools can overcome.
Unless you figure out a better way to buy players and cheat.
Ole Miss got good because they paid players.
Otherwise stability and continuity is key.
And yes there are coaches bad enough to get fired quicker but you can't fire coaches with Barry Odom resumes at Mizzou and think you're just going to hire the right one and be great quickly.
