She is an excellent coach. I would call it a good upgrade over Smith. While he improved the talent level and made Ole Miss relevant, he is one of the biggest jerks around, and deserved to be fired. You won’t have those antics and behavior from the new coach. She is a better coach, and a far better person. So good upgrade.
With a lot of time on our hands someone should rank the coaches in the SEC. There are a ton of good ones, and the former Minnesota coach adds to the overall quality.
