Its really nothing more than that. Trump is notoriously imprecise with his choice of words. It is often difficult to distinguish whether he is declaring his opinion or forming a question in his statements. That said, you would have to be willfully ignorant to believe Trump proclaimed that he favored intravenous injection of disinfectant pesticides into humans.
