But I also realize there are legitimate targets where terrorists may shield themselves with innocent people. But that doesn’t mean I support bombing children.

Sometimes in hostage situations hostages are killed in the rescue attempt. That does not mean anyone supported them being killed even if they supported the rescue attempt. That makes no sense.
