When I was growing up liberal meant you supported individual freedoms, you believed that everyone ad the right to their opinions no matter what they were and a powerful government was something to be feared and opposed.

Today liberals across America are working hard to silence those with whom they do not agree. They are trying to empower the federal government to put ever more restrictions on our rights and freedoms. And they are trying to strip first and second amendment rights from those who they do not believe should have them.

Sparky is a solid 2020 liberal. In 1970 the liberals would have labeled him a fascist.
