credit policies of the Fed is the unnaturally high debt loads. We've learned through these shut-down orders just how leveraged so many people/businesses are.

That's a symptom of the fiat money, fractional-reserve disease.

And btw, you can't just "re-open" the economy so it can come roaring back. It's not like flipping a light switch.
