a number of kids were coming down with a pretty nasty flu that was keeping them out of school for up to a week. It was during BB season and my head coach and a number of coaches from teams we played missed a week of the season. Everyone just chalked it up to the flu and self medicated, like you do for the flu.

Schools are pretty much full of young healthy people so there was nothing especially alarming about this. With antibodies starting to show much more exposure than we would expect I wonder if this current outcrop is actually the second wave instead of the first? If that is the case then there likely a sizable portion of our population that is already immune.
