Martin's team play. Not only that, their defensive play is nowhere near as good as MA. Add on to that weird substitutions and the fact he kept jontay coming off the bench and you realize: he can't coach and he can't play call/strategize. At this point, he can't retain players or recruit.

Overall just a really bad hire by Sterk, who will also be gone by the end of 2021.
