that governors will be relying on the feds and, well gee golly ya know you gotta play ball . . . so in THAT sense he implied he had authority. He revealed his real intent there, "governors need us 'one way or the other' - that was the line. I found that to be pretty sinister if you watched it closely

Did anyone else catch that?
