I happen to think listening to experts is job one. I fully believe our efforts to date have reaped great benefits in reducing the impact of C-19 and further that a hurrying back to "things as they used to be" might likely cause a signifigant c-19 rebound.

Bit by bit we will re-open, we will re-engage. But my post was that Donald Trump lacks the authority to do much about it.
