Straight Keynes.

Not the only answer, but certainly a start.

Never been able to fix - Huge Govt spending by Reagan in the '80s brought on the Massachusetts Miracle. I was in the thick of that. 200 pages of want ads in the Sunday Globe.

As opposed to Tax cuts for the rich, Keynes DOES work.

Not the only answer here, but certainly a step to take once we begin to find our feet.
