The way this thing has evolved, no one who is what we could call a “ regular guy”, a regular guy with smarts and savvy can get elected. The idea of the elected populate is out the window. He’d be beholden to the people who got him there in the first place.

I still don’t think a good ass whoopin for a teenager does anyone good when you consider that along side with many, many other factors in the development of a person’s integrity.

If I’m wrong point me to the guy, a past president, who got his ass kicked and was honest while in office.
