and I don't think the arguments have been missed on here. Those in government will try and maximize their role if their side ultimately wins out and will castigate the other. I'm not sure what's right and what's wrong, but like you, I'm happy if the naysaying crowd (meaning those that expect it to be highly deadly) is ultimately wrong, for whatever reason.

You can see why the conspiracy theories have taken hold. The whole thing has an unnatural feel to it.
