every day there's an incident. A couple of years ago when a kid was caught with a pistol in his back pack, the school, instead of following procedure and calling the cops, they tried to handle it all internally. Cost the principal her job. As it should of.
She feels more supported by the new administration and whats sad, is she has seen a few of the kids get shot as a result of gang violence on the weekend.
As far as retirement, its not a bad gig. She doesn't make a ton of money, but gets the summer off - you know.
Beside If I'm going to retire in about a year, she has to keep going for about another 4-5 years to make things right. She's almost 2 years younger than me,
