I understand what you said, and also see the onset curve exploding now at a near 90 degree angle that far exceeds China and Italy. The diseases impact varies from inconsequential to death and some people with no pre-existing issues, contract it and die rather suddenly. It's like you have 2 poison M&Ms in a bag of 100. Do you eat from the bag?

Obviously, this has more impact on people who live in mass metropolitan centers like NYNY. I think the data on spread will become more obvious in 2-4 weeks. If you find places like COMO are just 2 weeks behind NY, as some suggest, then we need to stay in place.

Part of me says it's survival of the fittest time. If we care so much about preserving life then why not outlaw cigarettes, driving over 55 again, removing sugar products, forcing people to exercise and build their immune system etc.?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
