Solution. Your trigger pull may have to be lighter. Go to a good gun shop and they can measure it.
Practice dry firing and get use to how far you can pull back before the trigger fires. Keep your sights on the target as you dry fire and repeat this until you see the sights don't move. If you're older, you might have to have your readers on to see your dots as you focus on the target,
Some put a penny on the dots, and if it stays on, your pull is calmer.
