The govt is closing businesses, and then establishing relief programs for the businesses. The federal reserve is pursuing ZIRP and NIRP where investors/savers are expected to take return-free risks. Also, the federal reserve's unprecedented form of QE (which was not long ago an unprecedented action itself) is printing money to keep asset prices (like stocks) pushed up.

These are not markets. This is govt-created Narnia.
