Not necessarily "the highest recruit", but like hype wise? I know TVZ, TBJ, DGB and BG was huge and high. Would he fall into this category?

Kids got game, and anytime you have someone that good at the QB position....it brings excitement.

Of coarse, a lot of big programs will be after him, and a team like Clemson or Alabama will probably snag him....but still
