Yes, it will take a long time to recover. Some of that is caused by the shelter in place and "essential" business mandates, but some of it is due to global supply chain being impacted, and some of it is due to Politicians panic selling stocks off by the millions that created more panic.

It's hard to put a number which thing is responsible for how much of the downward trend we're seeing.

Outside of our testing gaffe with red tape, I don't disagree with the measures that have been taken so far.
