Using their estimate of 2/3 of 1% infection death rate we would end up with:

330,000,000 US population
165,000,000 if 50% were infected
  2,201,100 total deaths using Lancet estimated death rate
             if entire population infected
  1,100,550 total deaths using Lancet estimated death rate 
             if 50% of the population is infected

Of course new better treatments and/or mass produced vaccines could bring those numbers down dramatically.
