business even without a shutdown. With huge HD TV's and all the streaming services and the cost of a ticket at one of them. In the last 5 years i've maybe gone to 2 movies.

Somewhat the same with sporting events, hard to justify spending $100 on a ticket, $60 to park and $50 in food and beverages to go to a Chiefs game. Baseball games are cheaper but still overpriced. I can sit at home and have a better view...the crowd "experience" is cool and all but not sure it's worth what you spend.
