If the have a fever, they don't get in. Make sure everyone knows about the policy beforehand so they know not to show up to the game infected with Covid-19 (or the flu, for that matter). Granted, that won't prevent people without symptoms from gaining access, but it will stop the most contagious individuals. I think.
