WTF is wrong with you - who thinks that.

Trumps on the outs anyway child - that is very clear from the turn-out that the Dems have seen in primaries and the speed w/which lots of their folks coalesced behind one guy. In '16 lots of folks sat out either for distaste for Mrs Clinton or they thought no way Trump would win. Well, fool me once. Don't see that coming down again.

And YES, the president sees uptick in approval now - 8 months from the election, but sociologically it is to be expected that citizens when challenged by outside forces rally around existing institutions of leadership. Poppy Bush enjoyed near 85% approval at one point. But not so much a second term as folks were tired of him.
