btw, Singapore, Taiwan, S. Korea didn't close down restaurants etc and they are often used as the model of a government's good response to the virus.

furthermore, evidence suggests that casual contact is not how the virus is generally transmitted. it's primarily transferred by prolonged exposure to someone who is presenting symptoms.
