for the other organizations. that's it. get over it. it's not like he's in the lab looking for a cure or more importantly it's not as if he's stopping someone else in the lab looking for a vaccine.
the hysteria is due to overblown death projections not b/c of Mike Pence. What an idiotic assertion.
On the other hand hysteria over the damage to the economy is looking warranted. and while it's states that are individually responsible for those orders the Feds have certainly been on board with it and have suggested it so I do blame them for that.
