holder. This brings out a lot of candidates. Similar to time with no incumbent. 2016 had close to 20 GOP candidates for that reason. They saw an opening. I think that the slate should have included Biden, Sanders, Warren and maybe Klobuchar. Campaigns should also be publicly funded and - IMHO - limited to 9-12 months prior to the election. The debate b/t Biden and Sanders on Sunday was the best of the bunch. No audience. Take it to the Kennedy-Nixon model. More substantive.
