aren't retired, when I see businesses close, for example. How does the owner, or employees, keep going. For at least 10-15 years there have been numerous strip malls around Atlanta that are nearly or often completely empty, along with individual retail. I'm surprised I don't see mobs of people wandering the streets, begging for food.
