which has largely become grow or die. You can't attract new money without growth and that means that companies aren't going to take the time to get things right before going to market. They'll worry about fixing it after. Think how much better off they'd have been if they'd taken the lead on it and said, "this isn't ready". But companies can't do that anymore.
