Like his politics or hate his politics, he has a grasp on the situation and is expressing a calm and measured message about the impact on his state.
Perhaps this is what being 10-15 years younger than Trump, Biden or Bernie looks like in cognitive skills..... He is articulate and reasoned (with only a modicum of political finger pointing). How refreshing.
