a huge problem. Americans and American companies have made it worse since.
We can blame Trump. Yeah there's more he could have done immediately. But I also blame the culture of our country in general these days. We're soft. We think we're immune to reality. We live in comfortable bubbles that we think are made of bulletproof glass.
But once it was serious, we have Karen and (male version of Karen) rushing out to stores hoarding resources to the point where parents can't find baby wipes, TP, and food for their infant children.
I know for a fact that a large American corporation was sending people to Europe on non essential travel LAST F*CKING WEEK. Meetings that could have been done via Skype. Someone came back on Friday with a fever. Is it CV? Not sure yet. But it makes me wonder how much this has happened to unnecessarily bring CV into our country.
How long did China know about this before they made it public? How many countries had this already been spread to before January? I don't even want to know.
Now we're ****ed beyond the point of being able to recover anytime soon. Very soon we won't even be able to go out to eat. In many places you already can't. We're talking about martial law. How the **** did this happen? Global and national failure.
