2) Ordered all restaurants to limit customers to no more than 25 at a time.
3) Ordered anyone over 65 to self-quarantine
4) Ordered any event with >250 to be cancelled
5) Ordered that weddings and funerals not take place

Would he have been sued by the ACLU and eviscerated in the press?
