First, one in his 70's. As for the other, we may find out there were medical factors leading to his reaction.

Second, based on all we know if he were otherwise healthy this is an outlier. Every year a small percentage of children have reactions and some die from immunizations. Every years otherwise healthy people die from the flu. What would you have happen based on outlying events? And please be specific.
