replace the additional time put in to get through a crisis situation like this.
He should be glad he has a job.
My son's former employer just fired all of their part time employees and nearly all of their full time employees. They worked in event staffing specializing in lighting and sound systems. So no sick leave, no accrued vacation pay, no separation package. Just expendable employees.
